Refund policy

At 519 Designs, we want you to be happy with your order.

Because many of our items are custom, personalized, made-to-order, embroidered, or printed specifically for you, all sales are final on custom and personalized items unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For non-custom items, return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the original condition.

To request a return or report an issue, please contact us at fradyk80@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Made-to-order items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards, if applicable

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
