Many of our items are made to order, custom made, embroidered, or printed after purchase. Because of this, processing times may vary.

Please allow 3 to 10 business days for processing before your order ships, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary based on the shipping carrier and your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped, if applicable.
